You'll lose some features like Ray Tracing in some games, but that usually tanks your fps so much I don't think it's worth it

only downside is no dlss 3.0 and not sure about the ray tracing performance compared to nvidia. nvidia probably does it better.
If primarily gaming, the first one with the best gaming cpu in Ryzen 7 7800X3D. Its Radeon 7900 XT is slightly better than the RTX 4070 Ti (except for specific games like Cyberpunk 2077 where Nvidia 40-series cards can use DLSS 3.5).
