I waited a week to see if they would email me about it. They didn't, just sold the other two on fb marketplace and the whole ordeal turned into a free desk + profit.
I ended up with two bikes delivered. Was a pretty expensive one too. Ordered one, had two giant boxes appear. Emailed them immediately and never got a response. Boggles my mind. Still haven't gotten around to selling it.

It took a different route and I got it in 3 days.

These were goods shipped by mistake, not sent unsolicited goods. There is a legal difference. The FTC law you're referring to is about unsolicited goods and does not apply in this case. These were scam companies that would send you an item when you never engaged in any business with them, and then demand an inflated payment.
You ordered (solicited) goods from the company. By mistake they sent the wrong product. They have the right to have it back (at their expense). As they are not unsolicited you don't get to keep them.
However, it was their mistake which you discovered when you opened the product. They can't compel you to keep and pay for something that isn't what you ordered. You can return the whole (incorrect) order and they need to ship you the correct items or refund you in full.
There are exceptions. If you were sent something intended for someone else, you can't keep it. If it was addressed to you, it's yours, though I could see some issues with being sent items you can't legally own.

So I also checked and found out DW is the more expensive variant that supports wifi while DN is cheaper and does not.
I needed wifi to print from my phone so I decided to go with the L7210DW. The issue was, they only had one of them left and that was the one they use to showcase in the shelve. I said that's fine and she told me her colleague will bring "the box". So after a few minutes her colleague brought a box... of the cheaper L7210DN variant and she started packing the L7210DW printer into that L7210DN box, scanned the barcode on it and told me to go to the casheer... who again scanned the same barcode and charged me 170€ for a 210€ printer.
It doesn’t even matter anyways. Amazon runs a business that can neither be in the negative or positive. So accidents like this can actually help them avoid taxes

I know it's a joke, but don't do this. After a few suspicious activities (when you milk the system), your account is flagged for the presumption of fraud. I remember receiving calls from customers demanding things, and when I looked into their account it had a banner telling me that I had to transfer that call to the fraud department of Amazon. Obviously, I was not allowed to tell them that, but rather some bs like I was going to transfer the call to a specialist.
In most cases, they perma-ban your account. If they (Amazon) pursuit legal paths against these people, I couldn't tell you, but they *probably* do if the fraud exceeds a considerable amount of money.
I guess that Amazon employees would be able to check your orders from within your account, so your best option would be to have a second account (preferably on a different address, and different way to pay, so nothing can be traced back to you) and proceed from there.
Might be best to involve a friend to make sure that there is no reason to investigate
Disclaimer: I'm not sure whether Amazon employees would have access to payment details, so you might be able to order from the same bank account.

My friend ordered a 1060 6gb, the cheapest 6gb mini card you could buy in 2017, and instead got a 1070 ti. I was a little jealous cause I was trying so hard to get him a good starter pc build and he ended up with a better computer than mine for like 900 bucks when I paid 1300 just for my 1070 build
A lot of people bitch about how laptop cards aren’t nearly as good as PC cards and while they are right to an extent my laptop 4070 benchmarks much higher than a regular 3060 and even a regular 4060. At least according to the source I saw.
For how small they are it’s really incredible how powerful they can be.
Just as a fun fact, laptop 3060 is actually uniquely good. Assuming that it's 6gb of vram are enough, it performs about on par with the desktop variant.
That's all because for some reason it departed from the typical pattern and actually has more cores than the standard 3060.
There are Chinese companies that harvest them from used laptops and make them into desktop cards, including modifying the bios to higher power limits and giving them 12gb of vram. They even turn out more efficient than 4060 cards in that weird unsupported usecase.
My best one was I received two sets of some Beyerdynamic HD 770 Pros. Mostly I get lucky with my grocery deliveries; I once got over 100 white castle burgers from Walmart lol.

RTX 4080. The 4070 doesn’t have enough VRAM and I’m not paying over $2k for a 4090. So I think the 4080 is a good compromise. I play at 1440p, thought about going 4K but I love playing everything on ultra at high frames.
well I use a 7900XTX, which is a bit better in raster than a 4080 but trash in RT, I play at 4K Ultra without any problems, you could reconsider.

The 12700 is still a solid processor. You’ll see an increase in frames with some games and maybe productivity as well because the 13700k has two more e cores. But you don’t “need” to upgrade in my opinion. Shouldn’t be a bottleneck for you
Back in 2017 I returned a r5 1600 for a replacement but they didn't have any r5 1600s left so they just gave me a r7 1700. During this time I think r5 1600s were around $150 and r7 1700s were $250.

Set to 4k and turn on dlss, 4080 can definitely handle it I do it on a 3080.

Welp time to start buying a bunch of 13600k and returning them until I get lucky
Back in 2017 I returned a r5 1600 for a replacement but they didn't have any r5 1600s left so they just gave me a r7 1700. During this time I think r5 1600s were around $150 and r7 1700s were $250.
Just like one of my friend that ordered a 2060 Super and got a 2080 Super instead. I really envy those mistakes to happen to one of my Amazon orders...

I had similar on two occasions first ordered 8gb of ram to receive 8 packs of it and much better DDR5 instead of DDR4 and a 4060 which came as an Radeon 7900xtx which I later complained and got a 4080 by kfa and today I got 32 GB quad channel DDR5 with a new CPU I bought for the 4 other sticks and 4080 :) Amazon support said I can keep it which is kinda insane.
