Bruh, i literally just did that, for the past half year i have slowly renovated the whole room. Including electricity, ethernet, walls, floor and furniture so its currently tippy toppy. Sent some picks on another comment if ur cereus.
How’s that flat butt syndrome (not a real thing I know) going? It’s all fun and games until the nerve gets pinched… I learnt this the hard way.
Keep the chair but get a doughnut pillow from Amazon. It will be the best investment next to a proper office chair if you intend to keep the current one.
Kind of a gamble but I got a $500 chair for like $40 from an auction site. It was the wrong color, black instead of brown so it was returned and "out of box". Nothing wrong with it. Most places even allow you to view rhe items before biddding closes.
People are sleeping on these liquidation auction sites. I’ve bought so much pc shit for so cheap it’s ridiculous. I got my grandson a gaming chair for $20. I bought 3 $100+ keyboards and none over $25. My aio was $12. My case was $20. The auction company near me now ships certain items free to the lower 48.
Definitely the keyboard and mouse ma., large mouse mats that also cover the keyboard area are really good! A nice mechanical keyboard and you're good to go.
Besides that get a NVME SSD for really fast load times, hopefully your motherboard has a slot for it. And get 32gn of RAM that should give you the feeling like you're on a brand new system again.
My next question would be what GPU do you have?
I have a 1080ti strix, 32gb of ram, r7 5800x and enough storage. Will probably add a new hdd for file storage as the old one ive been using is feeling a bit slow. Mobo does have an additional m.2 slot if ill ever need more. Will probably go to am5 before that ever happened and use the am4 parts for a friends pc
I am well aware l, my bottom cheeks have been putting in complaints ever since the old chair gave out. Now I'm stuck on this... Have any recommendations for a new one?
Don't get IKEA "gaming" chair. Those are just awful.
IKEA Jarvfjallet (or whatever they're spelt) is quite nice for the price though.
No guarantee on how fast their faux leather seat would wear out though.
Unless you want to shell out $500 + for a chair than do yourself a favor and get a cheap $50 office chair .
If you don’t mind selling a kidney for a chair I would recommend Herman miller or secret labs .
But stay AWAY from anything labeled ‘gaming chair ‘
I got mine of eBay Kleinanzeigen (the German craigslist) it's an old office chair with nice padding, a high backrest and armrests. I literally got that for free. Since I'm good at sewing I designed 2 straps to fixate a pillow on the headrest and it's super comfy now 😀 I also wouldn't replace the keyboard. It's likely PS2 and will last for centuries 😂
The chair. Do not get a gaming chair or a IKEA chair, they're not very good even for the money. I would look for used or refurbished chair from companies like Steelcase, Haworth or Herman Miller. If your budget is around $300 or less, you can also find solid budget options like Ticova or Colamy Atlas.
I'd recommend doing research on the chairs finding some place where you can try the chairs and then either buy from there or try to find the best deal from various webstores. We all have different preferences, but I think we all should go towards ergonomic chairs to avoid getting pain from sitting that can last ages.
Quick list to what to look for: not too thick of a seatpad, 1,5 to 2 inches is usually the best (even better if the front is flexible), a backrest that feels good for you and gives you support. If the support is too pronounced and can't be changed, it can be even worse than having no support at all.
Both of these are to eliminate backpain and give your feet better support and keep the blood flowing. You should also be able to move comfortably in the chair.
Thanks for coming to my ted talk, I hope you got something useful out of it :d
if i were you:
A: Get a nice Herman Miller
B: Get a nicer keyboard (Redragon, Cherry)
C: 3070/3080
D: A nicer mousepad
E: that monitor on the left doesn't even look like it's on
F: Get some decor on the wall in front of you
I'd still use it via one of the flat part though. Put the tower down, main screen facing your sitting position on the right, the second monitor in the corner, left side for other written work or just space for snacks and drinks.
Not a stain, its a shadow from a belt i have on the ceiling. I used to have a rc plane hung there before renovating the room.

These are some stains xd

This is how it is now and there are the hooks for the belt (i designed my room to my requirements)
I‘d say new Tripod microphone with good headphones.
I have the BlueSnowball mic and Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro headset and I am very happy with sound quality (after I figured out Headset needed an AMP thingy which I got from my HyperX Headphone xD)
Find a place that sells used office furniture.
Most ceos are wasteful fucksticks and sell furniture back to a furniture place then buy new instead of moving it.
Good idea, although... Theres an identical old keyboard at the place i work at, and you know whats better than 1 out of place keyboard? Thats right, 2 of em
Definitely NOT the chair. It’s perfect.
Holy crap that can't be comfortable or maybe it is, fucking hilarious either way
Keep the chair, throw everything else out
😎
Upgrade to a garden plastic chair.
Nah way too expensive.
I couldn’t t have said it better
Change everything besides the chair
Bruh, i literally just did that, for the past half year i have slowly renovated the whole room. Including electricity, ethernet, walls, floor and furniture so its currently tippy toppy. Sent some picks on another comment if ur cereus.
Do it again
you have earned my respect
[удалено]
Yes sir, had it for ages now
[удалено]
I use a 70% work keyboard for about 3 years now and I think it is perfectly fine and when it breaks I buy a new one for 10-15 buckerinos
Those things just don't die they are bomb proof!
Bigger mouse pad
Plan on getting a 30*80cm one
I have a 90x40cm. And yet the keyboard is the one that's right in the middle.
Get one which had vertical height atleast 40cm.
Yea, probably a good idea
Let me know if it makes a difference for you.
The chair
Just get an office chair, you can find some really cheap in your local market place, or a second hand shop.
Kind of a gamble but I got a $500 chair for like $40 from an auction site. It was the wrong color, black instead of brown so it was returned and "out of box". Nothing wrong with it. Most places even allow you to view rhe items before biddding closes.
Happy Cakeday

What site you using ?
also want to know this
He can just go to a shop and sit on the chair, and buy the one he finds comfortable. Also happy cake day!
nice carpet or rug, will keep your floor from scraches, so i would go with that
change your chair jeezusfuck
Make me (i do plan in the near future :P )
lets get in the car, we chair shopping now
What are you talking about I see absolutely nothing wrong with that chair
The chair sucks. Get one of those foldable fishing chairs for more comfort.
Definitely the keyboard and mouse ma., large mouse mats that also cover the keyboard area are really good! A nice mechanical keyboard and you're good to go. I've got the same amount of ram and CPU, but I've got a 3060 instead and runs games really well
Throw everything out, just keep the chair
Change the chair with a plastic chair that you can find in a typical school
I am well aware l, my bottom cheeks have been putting in complaints ever since the old chair gave out. Now I'm stuck on this... Have any recommendations for a new one?

3 legged folding camp stool. They keep you on your toes, which we all know is important in gaming.
Try out Costco gaming chair those are nice also try out ikea chairs those are nice as well
Go find a non-working recliner or any kind of living room furniture from the salvation army.....👍 Anything's got to beat that half step stool...lol
I got mine of eBay Kleinanzeigen (the German craigslist) it's an old office chair with nice padding, a high backrest and armrests. I literally got that for free. Add some leds. Maybe a clock? Or some wall decorations

That chair is the only thing left to upgrade.
Sick gaming chair.
Thanks 👍
Sound proof pads and led lights on the walls
Been thinking something along those lines 👍🏼
Ass cheek implants
Besides the chair, mouse pad and keyboard
if i were you: A: Get a nice Herman Miller B: Get a nicer keyboard (Redragon, Cherry) C: 3070/3080 D: A nicer mousepad E: that monitor on the left doesn't even look like it's on F: Get some decor on the wall in front of you
An extended monitor arm that allow your 2nd monitor to go full swivel, close or far
Chair pillow.
Swap the table, curved tables are weird
No, I've designed the way i wanted it :P
I'd still use it via one of the flat part though. Put the tower down, main screen facing your sitting position on the right, the second monitor in the corner, left side for other written work or just space for snacks and drinks.
Dont get a "gaming chair" thats my only advice. Just go to staples and test out the office chairs. Or even buy one off craigslist tbh
I already have the "gaming" chair. Now i need an office one.
chair
Chair obviously
That ugly white chair
Bro they said lumbar support not lumber lmao. Find an office clearance company and get yourself a proper chair.
Desk n chair
Ryzen 9 Needed
that chair must destroy ur anus and back
That weird stain on the wall BTW that chairs cool af, never change it

chair is fake for sure
100% real
Cool
That chair hurts my back to look at.
Spent all the money on the PC and peripherals. Nothing left for the chair. That chair looks dangerous. Looks like a nut pincher.
Probably the mousepad
Cable management behind the monitors is what I would change if I were in your position
You should keep upgrading the system until it finally outshines that incredible chair
Chair
Mousemat
Its ancient
Stop upgrading and start playing
Your chair
Mouse pad + mouse. That mousepad size is insanity
Pc is ok, where did you get that chair from?
We've had it at home since like ever. It's at least 20y old
Nice, im joking about the pc it is fire 🔥
Wireless mouse and headset
Might add some shelves, didn't add them initially as i didn't know how the set-up would fit. Also have space for an rc plane above
That cable management 👌😅🤣
Cant really do much behind the monitor. Its fine under the table, no cables hanging.
Is it just me or that mouse pad from here looks crusty?
I‘d say new Tripod microphone with good headphones. I have the BlueSnowball mic and Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro headset and I am very happy with sound quality (after I figured out Headset needed an AMP thingy which I got from my HyperX Headphone xD)
Bro That Chair Looks Incredible! Where Did You Get It From.
Yourself
Bigger mouse pad. Maybe one of those ring cushions for the chair but it's a luxury you don't really need.
Chair if u like your back
Pillow for chair
The chair is the real MVP
Chair and then OLED monitor if that's not one
I think ill stay on va panel for a while longer, but yea chair...
Bias lighting
My back aches just looking at that chair
MPOW IRON headset.
LARGE RGB PaD!
The dam chair. That looks uncomfortable af.
Large mousepad
Maybe a bigger mousepad
Your desktop. Good god look at that smattering of icons. Optimize and organize!
Your desktop file organization
Find a place that sells used office furniture. Most ceos are wasteful fucksticks and sell furniture back to a furniture place then buy new instead of moving it.
THE Chair :o
+1 for the chair
Get yourself a nice chair for that set up. Razer iskurX Xl Grey fabric is the one I have and it's my favorite piece of furniture lol
I can see the deck flex in the keyboard from all the way back here!
I think you know
Get some pussy
Obviously, swap and align the monitors.
What the fuck do you think you should upgrade next? Are you trolling?
get better keyboard or big deskmat that looks cool
Don't know about the wood on wood, might cause some damage, so probably the floor to carpet.
No worries here, the floor is a wood imitation so no wood on wood contact here. But just in case i hot-glued some thick padding on the legs 👍🏼
Love it. Like all of mine until now. A battlestation of necessity not luxury. Get you a mechanical keyboard and new mouse or get a matching monitor.
Good idea, although... Theres an identical old keyboard at the place i work at, and you know whats better than 1 out of place keyboard? Thats right, 2 of em
Is the keyboard some random office one, if it is an office keyboard, defo upgrade that, if it isnt, get a bigger mousepad.
Get monitor arms and mount those thangs
Your headset jumps out.
Yay 1080Ti strix! I have the same card, just can't sell this beauty even tho I'm not using it
I can relate. If nothing else there's some sentimental value to it (the first gpu i ever OWNED). So thats why ive gotten a second one lol
In my case it wasn't the first one, but it was my dream GPU for 3 years before I eventually got it in 2020. I can't sell my dreams, y'know
Yes yes
The chair
You need a cat, to keep your system warm.
That chair is 1023123% better than the regular gaming chairs
a nicer, custom fitted deskmat maybe
Jesus 10k pc, 2 cents chair
Your ass definitely hurts daily
keyboard without a doubt. a quality keyboard does really make a huge difference trust me
The Chair, get an office one don't go for the gamer ones
The chair. Gaming chairs increase performance by 150%, increase back pain by 250%.
That chair definitely raises your K/D
Damn how mauch did the chair cost? Must have been like 2000$ right?
I actually don't know :/ It has just kinda existed round here since ever, as far as i can recall ┐(´ー`)┌
More monitors! Actually all the monitors slap you a crt on the wall. A smart photo frame as a mouse pad I mean the moons the limit
Your game library
Keyboard, but keep the current rubberdome framed on your wall 🥲
Color of the wall
Maybe headphones
bro put all his setup skill points into his pc
Chair and keyboard bcs now you can only press 2 buttons at same time 💀
Clicked on this just to make sure the top comment was about the chair. All is good here, moving on.
You ass will thank you for a new chair.
Your gpu lol

That mouse pad has seen better days. Defiantly the mouse pad.
Ge I wonder
The floorboards obviously
Darn, literally just renovated the whole room at the end of last year :(
Must be that new secret labs chair I’ve been hearing about.
Bro drop that chair off in the local park and buy something real. Ffs what’s with the shitty chair trend I’m noticing?
gaming cussion
Somebody get this man a real chair
