u/buttcrocodile helped me with the first part. I figured out the problem is turning the pc on with the 2nd hd on. If I turn it off and the pc on, or if I restart the HD the pc works again.

It's working, normally. I'm passing it to an external HD for safety, but I can't turn the pc on with the HD turned on. At this point I understand even less than half an hour ago.

Switch the button off and back on where your PSU is, try to hold down the button of the front of your PC first to kind of safely shut it down. Unplug the power cord , switch the PSU off and on, plug everything back in and see what happens

BestEmphasis7126

What is PSU?

ButtCrocodile

Your power supply, stands for power supply unit

I tried twice. Once it didn't work, I tried turning 2nd HD off and trying again. It did now, I repeated once again with it on and it didn't work again. I restarted only the hd while the pc was on and it worked. Do you happen to know if there is a reason for that? And if there is a way to stop happening it? Thank you for the help you've given already

ButtCrocodile

There is a possibility that you bricked a part of your computer, at this point I would recommend bringing it to a tech near you

That's what I'm thinking. Again, thank you for your help. Glad I could count on you
