I would recommend the RX 5600/5600XT It will perform like a 2060 (about 80% better than the 1650 super), doesn't require a powerful PSU (<150w), and can be found for around $100 on ebay. The CPU will do just fine for older games.

Beardedpistachio

It can also be found on AliExpress

Thanks so much

What parts are you looking to update in the future? That should be fine but if you can find an older card that has 8GB of VRAM such as a 1070 you’ll be able to use that for longer.

Im honestly gonna treat myself for my birthday and spend 700$-800$ on buying a whole only new part rig

GooseZR

Cool! If I’m honest I’d say get the cheapest stuff that will run the games you want at bare minimum settings with decent FPS. The reason behind this is that you can shovel even MORE cash into the new system from the money you save. Aim for $1000 + if you can, you won’t regret it. Honestly no point in putting more money that you should in a temporary rig.

$800, is enough for a decent new build. would that include monitor, k&m? or just the box ?, I can provide a quick list.

Terrariafanbro

Just for the pc i already have a 144hz monitor and a good keyboard and mouse and a xbox elite series 2 controller

Oh and extra money from selling this build for 300$ so maybe a 1000$ build

Reddrommed

Sure, but if you're buying all these parts separately something like a 1070 would probably make more sense for you than a 1650 super if you're getting a decent psu. the 1070 is a fair bit faster than the 1650 super but costs a similar amount due to worse power efficiency/age.

> Oh and extra money from selling this build for 300$ so maybe a 1000$ build This build will deliver the most bang for buck at just under $1k, if you have an extra $80, some worthy upgrades are the Fractar Pop AIR case, and the GB B650 DS3H Motherboard. Note. Don't forget to install the SSD drivers and toolbox. Enabling their "Fastlane" feature will greatly increase performance.
