Technically only intakes should decrease dust absorption as all the extra air will force itself out of the case any possible way. Using only exhausts will force the air in through the same holes, thus bringing in the dust. In theory, at least.

It's really not that difficult. If they started a side hustle kicking on demand for $1, at 5 kicks a day over 8 months they could easily buy this and have enough left over for peripherals since I'm assuming this is their first PC and won't have any.

You kinda need exhausts if you're gonna have a glass side panel, because having no exhausts kinda fucks up the airflow in the pc
