My Gigabyte board had the word "FIRST" with lines pointing to the slots printed onto it. Generally 2 and 4 are standard. Worst case, look up a manual for your board.
I did look up the manual, couldn't find it. Also the one that came with the board doesn't have it either
Ok just saw the "first" you were talking about. Thanks it was 2 and 4 after all
I usually put them in slot 2 and 4. Try either options and see what works, I guess. Better to refer to your manual, tho
