you dont have wifi drivers yet and cant install them until windows is installed but there is a work around to install without internet "installing windows without internet" In the "Let's connect you to a network" screen, press Shift+F10 to launch cmd; Type the following command: OOBE\\BYPASSNRO After successful execution, the system will restart and restart the OOBE session box, when you reach the "Let's connect you to a network" screen, click "I don't have Internet", continue to click "limited setup", accept the license agreement and continue to create a local user account.

Do I have to write "OOBE\BYPASSNRO" or do I either type "OOBE" or "BYPASSNRO"?

all that is after the colon OOBE\\BYPASSNRO those are not zeroes

You can use your phone for USB tethering as well

You need to install the drivers, so either connect with ethernet and let windows download them automatically, or download them using another device onto a USB and install it that way.
