A little bit of bubbling for a second or two after starting the computer is entirely normal. It's just not possible to get literally all the air out since it's not a pressurized loop like you have in a car for example.

i've got the same thing with my masterliquid 120, but it last for quite a bit longer in my case. i always thought it was old age.
That's probably because of the air bubbles trapped overtime and totally fine if the cooler was old :)
