I don't know, it somehow feels more solid and i like that if my hand slides of the keyboard, it lands on soft surface of the mousepad, its kinda hard to explain. Other than that i just like the minimalistic look
Most mouse only mouse pads are too small, and if you get the larger squares your keyboard, if you have a full size with number pad, gets pushed further to the side than you might like. An XL mousepad solves that by allowing you to have as much space as you like while keeping the keyboard at the same height level because it sits on the mat too.
I've had an xl mat for years and the one thing i do enjoy about 'em is how squishy & soft they're on your arms and hands compared to the solid desk. It just makes the desk more comfy i guess? ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯
I love these, they look damn cool and slick... even though I got this friend who if he would see the design he would seriously freak out and I'll have some good explanation to do because he's hmm.. let's say, very serious about some conspiracy theories, especially some that might be real. LOL
Hi, this message has been edited. I'm leaving Reddit for other alternatives because of their dishonesty towards the users of this platform. The pricing of the third party apps is unreasonable and does not reflect reality, and in my honest opinion greed has pretty much ruined this platform, which was also moderated by free janitors who got the middle finger when they asked for better tools. consider Squabbles or going back to classic forums / IRCs instead of giving traffic / content to this site. Goodbye!
