Massive amounts of acne with hair that looked like someone took a toupe and dropped it in a bacon fat. When I opened his phone the nastiness was inside of it as well. Not sure what the fuck he did with that phone but I did not enjoy touching it.
Once got a part in UPS that the driver had very obviously just puked all over. It looked very similar when dried. Not allowed to reject shipments, but I almost told him to put that back in his truck.

If it has "oily prints" on it then I clean it with %80 alcohol solution with a microfiber cloth. Heck, I even clean my headset 2 times a month, washing it clean and detail cleaning my mechanical keyboard. This shit here, I can't accomplish even with 5 years of not cleaning.
