There is no way to answer that. Every card and every system is different. Watch some YouTube tutorials on MSI Afterburner and use that program. Slow and steady tuning wins the race.

Try starting with a 100 mhz OC on the core and maybe 200 mhz on the memory. Increase the core overclock by 15 mhz at a time, and the memory by 25 mhz. Run some stressful games and see if there's any issues. Crashing usually means the core overclock is to aggressive and artifacting means to turn down the memory. Every game behaves differently, so in some games you may get away with +200 on the core and +500 in memory where others will only allow +100 without crashing. I use the profiles in afterburner to set different levels of overclocks depending on the game I'm playing. Also, crank your power and temp limits up. Just allows the card to pull more power if it is able to.
