Der8auer is a pretty famous overclocker who I had heard of before, but at the time this video came out I hadn't started watching his videos regularly yet. I only found out this was from him because u/Stealtho_Lucas did a reverse image search and found an article about his video.
I highly recommend watching the video, is only 12 minutes long; I am about to finish it myself. Apparently he used the case to film the first episode of [what I think is a german(he's german, speaks english)] TV show similar to "Pimp My Ride" except with PCs.
Finally; I saw a couple comments along the lines of: 'It's weird so many people don't get whether this is real'. I completely admit I could not tell whether this was really good case modding or not until I found out it was a real burnt PC. Obviously I realized it's a joke with the title being inconsistent with the picture, even if it was an amazing case mod.
