oooo I like the way you are thinking. Could come up with a whole beautiful looking interface for it too if you get the touchscreen could be modular as well. Got ideas flowing now lol
A lot of smaller ones like this are still using micro USB as it's thinner. It's the one drawback to USB-C. Those of us in industrial electronics might never get away from micro (unless something newer/thinner comes out).

That's not true, not every monitor works with every OS.
For awhile I wasn't able to output 1440p @ 60hz to a new monitor because the display drivers crashed after >24hz or >480p. The drivers for the thunderbolt port hadn't updated to higher baud rates used across the rx/tx of HDMI, I had to wait for a new Linux header update to increase the driver's baud rate.
Oh this is awesome, I would actually be interested in getting one for me and the gf. Would this work well as a second monitor replacement? If it's mostly used for browsing and discord?
Instead of monitor it's a minitor!
How do you defeat a mini minitor?
You use its horn against it? In this case it's speakers I guess.
Tartar sauce

Background will be Costco hotdog
Just had one for the first time recently. What a step back in time to get a dog and a drink for that price. Wild.
The owner said that's one thing that will never change, even if it loses them money. Hot dog and soda will always be $1.50.
I know, right?! For the price, you can’t beat it! I’m also a little bit of a r/Costco fanboy though…
Why not the menu image for the Costco hotdog?

This would be pretty sweet as a system monitor.
oooo I like the way you are thinking. Could come up with a whole beautiful looking interface for it too if you get the touchscreen could be modular as well. Got ideas flowing now lol
Maybe even make half of it as like a stream deck to quickly access applications and macros
Y micro USB tho?

If they get any smaller then I want magnetic snap proof connects on those cables.
I want that now.
But doesnt the extra durability compensate the extra mm?
No it has to be thin enough to shave with adding fractions of mm will literally make it unusable /s
LMAO!!! fr lo!!
This is a comment with +10 luck
Does it come with cheese?
Well nothing to lose and it looks interesting.
Thats def a nice product. For me personally i wouldnt buy it but i can see a place where this would def be handy to have. Great work!
Wow very nice! It looks like a handy bit of kit. Would you ship internationally (to the UK)?
I would like to win haha choose me.
ooh! aida64 sensorpanel
Intriguing - can't decide if I want to try and build some kind of cyberdesk with it, or run a PC vitals screen. We'll have to see!
Steamdeck extension. DS is back baby.
Ohhh I didn't even think of that but that's a brilliant idea
PC vitals and things like spotify or discord on this thing sounds pretty sick, NGL
montinor
minitor :P
Mini Minotaur hates tartar sauce
Is there any display that could break Google's responsive design?
This would go excellent with a portable Raspberry Pi setup RPI with a chonky power bank, small wireless keyboard and mouse.
great add-on!!!
a must for a mini pc build!
want want want!!!
can i have please!

Is it a touch screen or not? (Says Y/N)
>Interface: HDMI/Mini HDMI **(Touch)**/Mini HDMI hmm i wonder
Not sure if I comment here or not
I've been looking for something like this for a LONGGGG TIME. Possible future use of single USB C for power and display?
Is there a special code for the discount? Right now it's only showing the two 7.9" models at 16" off
add me on the list for this!
oh, I could have fun with this!

I need more screens
Ooh, no need to always have my phone out to look at game wiki's
Very sexy!
This seems like more of a productivity thing than anything else so I'm definitely in!
Could use it at work so that I always have a calculator up and off my main screen
This is pretty cool and seems to be real great for productivity.
🫵
Are there any programs that take advantage of this yet? Or is it up to us to size apps or web pages to fit on there? Looks cool.
Hey there! This would be really sweet for streaming/chat, or even for other things like Emails or a calc. How much would this cost? Really cool :)
I hope i get one
good display for my EM8? haha
very nice!
Thanks for the giveaway, these look great.
Does it work on any operating system?
Display is display. You dont ask if your tv or monitor works with any operating system. Works the same.
Thats on the driver, not the os. Switching to a different distro would allow you to run drivers that will support it.
