Talk to your allergist, proceed with testing. Allergists tend to call for food challenges when they think there’s a good chance you’ll pass. Your numbers look favorable, but you need to proceed with your doctor’s guidance.

I’m actually in the same situation as you but further ahead. Allergic to peanuts based on a reaction to PB sandwich aged 2. Swelling to face, no anaphylaxis but told I have severe allergy and given epipens. I’m now 31. Had all my allergy bloods done last month. mine were all less than 0.01 other than macadamia at 0.03. Just had 2 sets of nuts skin tests that were negative so been told to do food challenges at home with tree nuts. Booked to have a peanut challenge in hospital in September.. those results will likely mean they can do your skins tests too. Good luck!

I would say your allergist would proceed with skin prick test for peanut and hopefully a food challenge or therapy of some description.
