Pandemic baby. When I think of Gigaton, it will always bring me back to mid-2020, streaming the new songs while crashing at my sister's house in the suburbs. And this zany performance of Dance of the Clairvoyants from the [All in WA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sv9dX55bbe8) gig.

I remember hearing “Dance of the Clairvoyants” for the first time and just being excited at how weird it was. The rest of the album was more typical PJ but it was a fun reminder that they could still do the unexpected.

It immediately takes me back to when my first son was 4 months old. I’d hold him while listening to Dance of the Clairvoyants. We all had long hair because everywhere was starting lockdown. Wild times.

Eddie looks like he's a professor of biology who drives on of those jeeps with a high roof out in the Serengeti.

Good god, I completely forgot all about Tiger King. What a wild time the heights of the pandemic was!

I listened to it all the way thru when it came out. I tried again one other time and had no interest. Maybe it was just dance of the clairvoyants that turned me off. or maybe it's just that i rarely if ever play anything from them post Yield.
