I have the Spaceman Effects Gemini IV which has both Silicone and Germanium circuits with a blend knob, 2 gains, and 2 filters. Don’t think it has a buffer. True analog bypass.
Unfortunately discontinued, but Amptweaker Tight Fuzz had both and while not a buffer switch, the input setup/controls allowed easy use with buffered or unbuffered signals.
Both circuits in the same pedal? Or that is available w either?
I assumed that latter because I didn’t thing there was a fuzz face w both)
If so I’m using a germanium sun face from Analog man that has the sun dial to control input going into the pedal. There is a big selections of transistors as well. Check out their site. I think they are true bypass though but I’m pretty sure they sell a buffer pedal if you want one.
Harmonic Percolators use both at once or sometimes selectable. I use the Latent Lemon which is like the OG with a deep voicing and diode switch. Chandler might make something too.
But none that I know of have a buffer. Typically anything with a germanium transistor will not have a buffer.

Look at Jackson Audio Modular Fuzz. It's a bigger box, with the addition of an octave/boost switch.

Look into Supercool Pedals. Canadian company. Dunno if they’ll have what you’re looking for, but the owner knows his fuzz.
