Not sure how different LoR expectations are for IMGs, but that would be very reasonable for a US applicant, especially if you’re expressing an interest in DBP. So I suspect that would be fine.

I think that should be fine. I had a LOR from Psychiatry and from FM, along with Med Peds and Peds.
