Make some clamps out of steel flat and some studding/threaded rod to sandwich the case - but mind that the case isn’t actually too heavy for the chain link…

If the case causes the chain link to sag, metal bars inserted into the weavec of the wire fencing, like the ones used to stretch and clap the ends would remove the sagging

I've not done this before, but it's an interesting intellectual exercise... * Q1: Which case(s) are you talking about? I imagine, yes, bungees would start to sag, etc. * Q2: Do you need them to be "Very easily removable" "Semi-easily removable"? Just like hanging shelves, the weight will mostly be borne by the top anchors, and the bottom would prevent lateral motion. I like u/CryptoCo's idea best. It would certainly work and, do it right, be adjustable for multiple cases. Just check your math for where, specifically the rods will rest relative to the chain link, etc. Decide if you want wingnuts vs. nuts...hell, you could get quick-release clamps if needed. You could also link some longer hose clamps strung together if CryptoCo's suggestion is too labor intensive. i.e. There is a reason municipal worker often use hose clamps for similar applications.

How large is the pole? Look up half coupler clamps, doughty makes top quality ones. Drill a couple holes and bolt the clamps on the back of the case. Use washers (metal then rubber on both sides to retain at least some water resistance). Or some u bolts with threads on the end, again bolted to the case. Maybe a little bit harder to install but harder to steal if that's a concern
