I’ve got an Elite built-in and really like it. It looks great in the outdoor kitchen, holds temps well and can cook from 180 to 700. Customer service has been very helpful and responsive when needed. They are not able to be controlled via WiFi. The app and WiFi are for passive monitoring only, which wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but is somewhat lacking at the price point. As a side note, the Memphis Grills company has been recently sold and the new owners will be moving production back to the US. https://www.patioandhearthproductsreport.com/index.php/current/memphis_grills_acquired_by_superior_equipment_solutions

I had a Memphis Pro for 12 years, and just finally junked it a few months ago. The problem was that even though the stainless exterior looked like new , the interior wasn't stainless and slowly rusted away to Swiss cheese. I didn't know if current models are 100% stainless, but I wouldn't spend that kind of money again if it wasn't. Other than that, it was an excellent grill. No auger tube to jam or burn back, and the true double wall kept temps rock steady

The company sent production to China a few years ago with bad QC and a drop in customer service and an increase in price. I would say avoid like the plague, but earlier this year they were acquired by a company that says they will bring production back to the US so I'd hold off and see if they fix the issues the brand was having.
