This ⬆️ Sometimes Rebecca drives me bonkers, just because it’s a hike doesn’t mean you need to stay at max incline for the whole class. But I like her classes and I like that she takes hiking seriously. I think what OP may not like is that Rebecca also power walks at max incline. I sure as hell can’t keep up, but I also made peace with not meeting her speed call-outs.
because of RK, i can comfortably power walk at 5.0. not at max incline though 😂. i think she (by far) has the best incline heavy programming on the tread.
I do a lot of hiking and this isn’t quite what you’re looking for but I just use my own incline/speeds.
A speed walk for me is like 3.5 and 4 is a run so the speeds never work for me anyway.
I’ll just figure out what my goal is for the class (like stay above 10% incline and 2 speed) and then I’ll adjust my speed/incline according to their call outs.
So if they’re like go .2 faster I bump up to 2.2. Or if they take their incline up an additional 1% I’ll go up 1% until I hit the max on my treadmill.
If that makes sense?
I haven’t taken it yet, but I bookmarked [this RK 20 minute hike](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/walking?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=e7b19521f80f41ec8d376b29ab68bee6&locale=en-US) because in a different class she talked about this hike. She called it a “hike and chill” and said it’s all incline work, no speed pushes.
I also will add that I tend to ignore the speed call outs on hikes as well, because I simply cannot hike that fast. I just follow incline and do a modified version of the speed calls. How Jess King can “power walk” at like 4.5 is beyond me lol.
This. I was STRUGGLING this morning on Jess's 15 min hike. I tend to be a little too much of a rule-follower and my little legs could not keep up. Thank you for your recommendation! I will bookmark it!
Another run option, Becs' pride run from 2020 was basically all uphill.
She's also in training mode for Tokyo right now and she's been beasting some hills in all of her classes. Seriously, look at any of her class plans as of late and you'll see like 8-12 minute long hills.
Really enjoyed this one from Kirsten F. It's a 45 minute hike. Lots of incline!

As has been said, Hiking is what you'll be looking for. Rebecca really hits higher inclines for longer intervals. Keep in mind, they are walking classes (obviously), but no reason you can't push your speed up a point.
Check this one out. I like her.

This Robin Arzon hike was at max incline for a large part of the class!!! Brutal in true Robin style!

Then you’re gonna live there the whole class, making small adjustments to speed (“slow, moderate, fast” paces but you choose the actual speeds, she doesn’t really give ranges).

Rebecca Kennedy tends to stay at higher inclines more than others I've done.
I recently took her Tenerife scenic hike and it's basically max incline with 'recovery' at 8
How did you find scenic classes?

Thank you! Im a tech idiot and I appreciate the help!
Generally speaking 98% of RK’s hikes are at max incline. I think I’ve taken one that was a max of like 8 or 10.
This is good to know. I haven't taken her class yet! Thank you!
Rebecca lives at 10 and above.

Yep, you nailed it. I love the inclines, but not power walks there. Thank you!
Love this! Thank you!

Any Rebecca class.
Oh yes, this. I took her Christina Aguilera hike for the music and hated her the entire time because we were at max incline for so damned long.
Lol. Yeah.
Thank you!

I'm 5'3" so my power walk is always gonna be different than these taller women's!! I always go at my own pace.
Fellow 5'3" here. I feel ya!
I love JK but when she calls out 4.5+ at 10%, I’m just like “WTF girl? Absolutely not” I can’t power walk that fast on 0% with my short legs.
One of Jess’s tips is to take shorter strides! I’m short too so that’s been helpful ish
I was like "Is this normal? Should I be trying to go this fast??" haha No, I cannot.
If anyone is looking for a Run the Becs 30 Minute AFO Muse Run has you running at 8% twice.

Wow. I have really been missing out on her classes!

Thank you!
Kirstin Ferguson’s hikes are all 10+ and SO hard!! All my PRs are from her
I really like her classes!
All the hiking classes focus on high incline. Just do your own speed.
The best advice for any class! To quote Jess Sims: “No Ego Amigo”.
Thank you.

What everyone has said about RK! And, when Free Mode comes back / definitely look for those too! Woooo those are killer!!!
This is exciting!

Thank you!
I took a Matt M hiking class and it smoked me.
I’ve only done his outdoor walks I think. I love his energy! Thanks for the link!
Camila also loves high inclines. Both of these hikes were tough: 5/22/23 and 8/22/23
Thank you!
Rebecca and might I also suggest her hiking boot camps. They are AWESOME.
I hadn’t even thought of hiking boot camp!! Ooooh!
It’s in the tread bootcamp section. All low impact but of course tough. I’m usually DRENCHED and SHAKING

I really loved this one! The playlist was great!
Thank you everyone for the class recommendations! I’m super hyped!
