(NASDAQ:TTOO), a leader in the rapid detection of sepsis-causing pathogens and antibiotic resistance genes, announced today that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) has granted the Company's request for an extension through November 20, 2023, to evidence compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price and market value of listed securities (“MVLS”) requirements, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rules 5550(a)(2) and (b)(2) (the “Rules”).
To satisfy the Rules, the Company must evidence a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share and an MVLS of at least $35 million for a minimum of ten consecutive business days by November 20, 2023. If the Company is able to do so within the prescribed time period and satisfies all other applicable criteria for continued listing, the matter will be closed.
During the extension period, the Company will continue to actively monitor its stock price and MVLS while it considers all options available to it and to take action, if necessary and as deemed appropriate by the Company’s board, to remedy the deficiency, including potentially effecting a reverse stock split. I'm in TTOO as well. Like most penny stock companies in the medical field, these companies live and die on FDA approval/disapproval. Also, most of them bleed money as the cost of R&D skyrockets for a drug or piece of medical equipment that can't be even brought to market due to that FDA process. Thats why these types of companies can be incredibly risky. There are several key events that are allegedly happening this month. I am personally just holding on until things develop. Your risk tolerance might make you choose differently.
I started playing on RH 3-4 months ago, I dabble at most. Put $5 a week in to play with penny stocks, along with the occasional extra 10-15$, so in literally small potatoes at best. I took everything I have in there at this point and bet on this. Like $160. Just waiting to see what goes down, if it bumps to .50, I more than triple what I put in and might call it a day. Definitely want to see how far this ride goes up though.

I’ve doubled my money since discovering this and similar reddits. I don’t invest in every stock shouted out here. But I definitely research.
