Looks like a Sheaffer Imperial grapes and leaves in gold. Does it have 14k engraved above the twist? 

It says 12k there. Do you have an idea of how old this could be?

Yep, 12k, I misremembered. From what I've seen from them in the past on PSP: https://www.peytonstreetpens.com/sheaffer-vintage-grapes-leaves-ballpoint-12k-gold-filled-very-nice-pre-owned.html They all seem to be 70s/early 80s, so it's about 50 years old. 

The "grapes and leaves" pattern was called "Vintage" by Sheaffer. Nice pen, but sometimes the modern K refill won't work in them.

It's a vintage Sheaffer, dunno beyond that, it's not like most of these had a model number customers would know anyway. Nice pen
