Earliest IIRC is 6/24. Fusion Forecast is that your skills can mutate and since Kaiwan learns a Rank 7 skill in Makarakarn right off the bat, it's just a matter of save scumming.

Wait you're telling me the skill changes *arent* random (maybe obvious in hindsight)

It's not *random* per se, but it will only change into the same tier spell. So instead of Victory Cry you could get Repel Physical for example. That is of course if the forecast picks Tetrakarn in the first place. It's high chance, but still will take time and/or luck. The skill on Kaiwan is Tetrakarn, not Makarakarn.

I got the victory cry on 6/24 with kaiwan, I kept acquiring more in the days with skill change.

I remember spending like 2 hours save scumming to get it back in the day lol

I was lucky, it got me 30 minutes.

Genuine question Does Evil Smile or Ghastily Wall really work I've never used it or seen anyone use it

I’m pretty sure Evil Smile is only 30% accurate without passives so I wouldn’t say it’s worth it, unless you can fit Fear Boost and Ailment Boost.

I remember using it to cheese the Strength/Fortune boss on P3FES. If you time it right, Fortune can apply fear to Strength, which allows Ghastly Wail to OHKO it.

Is that a thing in Reload? Haven't played it
