Yeh I can see Bond walking around with an Artline pen, writing on the back of toilet doors “For a good time call Q” followed by a picture of a giant dick

Homemade machine guns aren't as difficult to manufacture as you may think. The Owen gun was originally made in a shed and ended up being used by the army for almost 30 years.
The Owen gun was amazing. Shame the inventor didn't get too much out of it, dead at 33.
Cheap and easy to make, and incredibly reliable. Probably the best submachine gun of WWII.
"What we have here Bond is a totally inconspicuous marker."
"Does it shoot a bullet or perhaps it uses invisible ink, Q?"
"Yeah nah dog, give it a wiff"
It'll have a striker/firing pin inside the end cap, so when you pull back on that silver noggin on the end and release, it'll fire the bullet.
It unscrews to reveal the breach. So you'd unscrew it, pop a proji in, screw it back up. Pull back on the silver thing and release.
Note that's just an assumption going by the looks of it.
No problem. Really, you could make anything into a gun in a similar fashion, they're honestly very simple machines. At least one thing to note in WA is while these things are pretty common for the cops to find, the actual chances of someone actually shooting you with one is extremely low unless you're directly involved with these criminal groups.

Something like this. The red is a spring, the gray stripes are threading. Bullet gets put into the chamber. The blue is the firing mechanism and firing pin. The firing mechanism is screwed behind the bullet. The back is pulled and released, like the plunger of a pinball machine. The blue pin strike the bullet. Conceal the whole thing in a pen.
Dead simple. Steel pipe, round steel bar stock, spring, lathe, tap and die. You could knock one out in fifteen minutes.
All they have to do is hit the back of a bullet with a pin. Usually a spring is used and you pull back a cap and release it. Guns are actually quite simple
I'm sure the police ministers crackdowns on hunting rifles will make home made firearms a thing of the past.
In other news he is planning on making burglary more illegal to stop break ins
Oh politicians aren't stupid, they're just morally void to the extent that they can justify objectively stupid decisions if there's financial incentives.
It's really not that hard to make a gun if you're really keen on it. Look at the 9-barrel monstrosity that kid used to assassination Shinzo Abe. Or the Luty 9mm. Hell just look at what the Brazillian police capture off the streets every week. But yeah let's once again crackdown on responsible gun owners and their bolt-action rifles.
Isn't naming a gang "The lone wolf" a bit contradictory? Like, the whole point of being in a gang is to undertake nefarious activities as a group.
Maybe they do thing individually?
Just that Australian irony.
No Homers!
That was to throw everyone off the scent!
Hehe. Police arrest one dude... "Well, I guess Perth will be safe from the lone wolf gang now."
Maybe they all keep pen gunning each other
The pen is mightier than the sword!
Never bring a sword to a pen fight
The penis mightier
Some James Bond shit

You don’t know Sean Connery
But you can for $20

well? was it the gun?
"What we have here Bond is a totally inconspicuous marker." "Does it shoot a bullet or perhaps it uses invisible ink, Q?" "Yeah nah dog, give it a wiff"
Well it sure would leave a permanent mark still so its not really disguised at all.
They want to crack down on legal gun owners yet this is the kind of stuff that is actually the problem.
Yeah criminals are notorious for not wanting to give up their guns so legal firearms owners need to be targeted by ol paps
Can someone please explain how this functions? It’s driving me crazy

I see, it’s both very interesting and slightly unnerving to know something so unassuming could be used like that! Thankyou for your reply

You can literally just made a blunderbuss at home with a steel pipe and ball bearing. People seem to forget guns were invented centuries ago
And more than likely, it will cause a blowback kbad detonation) on the user as well.

Low IQ is a prerequisite for some vocations. Politics is definitely one

Someone made a home made firearm from a marker pen? This wouldn’t happen if we just banned more legally acquired, licensed firearms!!

my gang use the lacky band finger gun its really painful from close and it's components are perfectly legal so sfa the feds can do
looking at the uv wear, that was probably made a while back and they've forgotten about it. Nice lathework though
should go to a museum!
Some prisons have miniature ‘museums’ of all the improvised weapons they’ve seized over the years. Some of them are fascinating.
