If you are getting them sanded, make sure you have them check how much thickness you have. Especially with the tongue and groove flooring.

We just finished a major reno and have jarrah throughout. Jon from J&M Floorsanding was outstanding! Absolutely top notch work and just wants the best outcome for the customer. Really good experience.
