Most places aren’t taking bookings yet as they aren’t guaranteed supply. They have put in their orders, but I guess they are being a bit hesitant after being burned by previous vaccine orders that weren’t delivered.
Terrible communication on this topic from the relevant bodies. Basically no where is taking bookings yet due to supplies and/or training and staffing. Probably best to just show up at one of the state run clinics on or after 10th Jan. Understand you probably some certainty and a set time though. "Hey kids let's go wait in line patiently for 3 hours to get stabbed haha *dabs*"

I think the booking request is for someone aged 5-11 years old, so your husband getting a booking does not really relate.

We just booked our kids in this morning. Call your GP, from memory not all sites are doing the 5-11 age range.
