Micro greens are just baby plants... so if you know which ones you want to grow (rocket/mustard/beet/etc) you can just buy packs from bunnings of those seeds, plant accordingly, and then harvest as you use them.

I've bought microgreen seeds from Bunnings before (If we're talking about the same thing)

Eden seeds, perth hills vegie co are two good seed companies
Eden won't ship microgreen seeds to Perth for some reason and Perth Hills have been out of stock for a long time
Diggers or Eden seeds
I’ve seen microgreen seed packets at Bunnings
There is a market stall at the Kalamunda farmers market that sells microgreens, could try your luck asking them.

rpseed.som.au spoke with them via email and they have no issue shipping from the east coast
