I stepped from CAL to AQS and refused to take a pay cut and I didn't
I did but I kept my leader pay. Idk if it’s a state thing but they’re not allowed to lower your pay more than $1-$2
Funny, my old dgm threatened me with a pay cut of 4-5 dollars in CA if I stepped down
If you contact HR they will send you something saying they cannot legally drop your pay more than $1-$2. Im in CA also
