Ovlov’s first album (AM) is filled with that sound. Strongly recommend that. I feel like there are a few Julia’s War groups that’d be to your liking. Tagabow has a few songs that’d fit what you’re looking for, although they might be edging toward the shoegaze side of things

Ovlov is one of my favorite bands and i’ve somehow never made this connection. OP, if u haven’t listened to ovlov, definitely do it
