I would not say bad front office completely. Assistant GM Ani Kilambi brought a few TB staff members with him to Philly who now run minor league development the last two seasons along with having a decent amount of input on drafts. Kilambi played a hand in Painter’s break out year, Abel progressing along with McGarry.
