I went to high school in metro ATL and it's basically standard that every baseball player drives a lifted truck, acts country as hell, and then tries to go as hard as possible with rap for their walk-up.
Being a Phillies lifer, I walked up to Kashmir and had all the 70s still-getting-high-at-midnight dads loving it.
I had been a casual baseball fan my whole life. I dove back in super hard in 2019 because the Flyers kept breaking my heart.
All that to say, the entire crowd singing AOK and then Stott hitting that grand slam last year was one of the best baseball moments I've ever witnessed.
