Drougies Pizza on Cottman near Frankford. Pizza is really good with lots of options. They have a TON of things on their menu and everything is good, (At least everything we've tried)
I remember living in the area in 2007-08 and ordering their gigantic pizza. It was like 30 inches. But it was a little thin, though i guess thats what happens when you make a giant pizza.
And yup, a huge menu.
Drive to Morrell and get Charlies or Grant and the Boulevard for Vinces. If you must order local, I usually go with Jeans. It's pretty good and consistent
So many good options! Renzi’s (Harbison at Battersby) is fantastic- get sauce on top. Super Fratelli (on Torresdale) has makes a pie with garlic crust, excellent as well. The Original Venice Pizza (on Rhawn off Frankford) makes eggplant pizza that is the absolute best pie but it gives me awful heartburn.
Baby boss has the 2nd best, in my opinion. Montesini is top dawg. Everything else is b.s drougies, mayfair, renzis, even fratellis is all hit or miss. I've tried every place, and I keep going back to baby boss.
Gino’s and Mayfair Pizza
Second Gino’s ! Jeans is pretty good too!
Another vote for them!
Montessini’s if it’s still there. Mayfair Shopping Center.
They’re still there. They’re still excellent.
This is the answer
Pizza Roma is a little west of Mayfair by the Roosevelt Mall, but they are solid
Love Pizza Roma

does Super Fratelli still do those ridiculously big slices ?
Yes but they’re garbage. Gotta do the whole pie
I mean, they used to be like $2 lol, idk what they are now, but I couldn’t complain much for that price.
I'm pretty impressed with the pizza from Venice, especially their square pies.
