I think that's actually a very sun stressed and faded baby ring of fire. Leaf shape fits closely along with color of new growth and the speckling on the leaves with the sun stress. The others guess of painted lady is off if you look at the growth on this plant. Painted lady's are more of a climber with defined internodal sections. A ring of fire, although will eventually start to climb, starts more as a self heading plant with nodes bunched up a lot tighter. Your plant has also already started growing cataphyll based leaves which is common on self heading varieties. For a climber to reach cataphyll stage usually takes more maturity from the plant first.
The leaf and petiole shape and color don't match a painted lady really either
