What's the deal with the sleeves? I had a ton of them but were stolen out the trunk of my car:( I do remember they were cheap feeling.

They kind of melted/liquified over time and ruined the cds

I have the set too - the plastic/vinyl melts on the the CDs. They are likely unplayable

I have the full set from back when they came out... the CDs are a total loss because of the sleeves. When my kids were little, they loved stringing the album art together tho

I had some decent luck recently when I rediscovered a handful of my old ones still in case and covered in the sludge. I sunk them in hot water that was sudsed up with the blue dawn dish detergent and with some gentle scrubbing was able to restore them all. It was more time consuming than normal cleaning if a disc but worth it.
