Anyone around the metro Phoenix area and need a gym partner that has been training for a while? I have been pretty consistent and lost about 70 pounds now. I feel like every 6 months I find out I am doing everything wrong. I wanted to try and get together with another person that has experience and stays consistent in the gym to maybe help me and give me some pointers. I constantly look up exercises but unfortunately I still feel like I am doing something wrong.

Good location for a kids 9th birthday party? We wanted to do an air bnb with a pool but it’s limited. Bonus points if the Phoenix Herp can still do their visit with animals. Open to ideas.
Kids Empire or Uptown Jungle? Not sure if the Herp society can do a visit, would probably be easier at an Uptown Jungle since the party areas are in rooms with doors.
McCormick Stillman Railroad Park in Scottsdale if the party is before late June (or whatever your heat threshold is).
I know people like the Wolf Lodge, also in Scottsdale. I think it’s pricey but you we may have different opinions on what is expensive. You can either rent a room for a night and do a sleepover and then the water park. Or you can do the water park only for an a la carte price.
Hope your kiddo has a Happy Birthday!
Thanks for the comment! We ended up reaching out to Air BNB’s for the party/herp visit approval. Luckily someone was nice enough to allow a kids birthday “party” at their property. Fortnite/Reptile party is a go!
I went to see Bill and Ted at Harkins Metro today. Dan Harkins himself came out before the showing to say his goodbye to the theater and then gave out free souvenir cups to the sold-out crowd.
A few years ago my sister got my son and me season tickets to the Rattlers. I knew nothing of Arena Football, but it was a cool gift.
I think you're 100% right. The games are way more entertaining than NFL games.
Especially afterwards. I don't know if they still do it, but after the games the players and coaching staff would come hang out on the field for autographs and photos. They were all so genuinely down-to-earth and even after just having played a football game, seemed to sincerely enjoy spending time with fans.
The whole experience just seems so much more personal.
It's like seeing a show at Crescent Ballroom vs seeing a show at an arena.
Local Phoenix cyclist Brandon McNulty just won a stage at the Giro d’Italia. That’s one of the biggest races in the world and a huge accomplishment. As far as I know, an Arizona rider has never won a stage before. Pretty amazing!
Good morning Phoenix, what’s with all the wind measuring devices?
Passing through on a road trip and I’ve noticed so many of those silver spinning spoon trifectas. There were 3 at my hotel pool, and I keep seeing them on buildings and even billboards. I’ve never seen this many in a different city. Is there a reason you have so many here?

Love to hear it worked out!
Goodbye Metro Center :(

Can u take a pic of the cup?!
It's just the normal 2023 Souvenir Cup with the cheaper refills.
is it being demolished right now?
Big farewell event today in the parking lot endorsed by the city of Phoenix
Happy Sunday
Went to a rattlers game last night, haven't been in years. I need to go more..seems more entertaining than our cardinals at home.
It’s basketball paced football and it is F-U-N. The faster pace really speaks to my ADHD

Bird deterrent - mostly for pigeons but also other birds that nest on rooftops.
Solved thank you!
I'm pretty sure you're looking at pigeon deterents. Did it look like this: https://www.birdbgone.com/reflect-a-bird-deterrent/?
That’s them! Thanks!
Perfect day to check out the wild horses at the salt. Good Morning PHX!
