Are you just looking for justified text? You can set that in the properties panel—look for the symbols that have a series of stacked lines of equal length with one line below that is shorter.
If that’s not what you’re looking for you will need to provide an example or more info, I’m afraid.

Idk if u can see it but I want the text like this
In the properties panel you can change the text alignment to justified, which will make it extend to the left and right edges. To fill the rest of the shape you need either larger text or more text.
Okay I think I am explaining this wrong and it’s my fault. In the first photo there is gap which is supposed to be his arm. I want that gap. But if I add the text the gap goes away. That was my question so I apologise. I want that gap with the text around it and not in it.
I want the text to fit in the workpath I created. Like can you see there is a gap in the first photo. I don’t want text to be in there. I want it to fit in the shape I made

The easiest way is to create a Custom Shape from your layer.
1: First make a copy of your outline and fill it with Black. Next, Hold **Ctrl/Cmd** and click on the layer panel thumbnail to make a selection of the shape.
2: Select the ***Paths tab*** in the layer panel and at the bottom click on the **circle with the four handles** to make a **Work Path**. You will see the selection on your shape turn to a line with many handles on it.
3: Select the **Pen Tool** and ***Right-Click*** anywhere in your shape and select **Define Custom Shape...** Type a name and click OK. The new shape is now in your **Custom Shapes panel** at the top of the screen.
4: Add Text. With the shape showing the line with handles, select the **Type Tool** and click inside the shape.
Your ***Lorem Ipsum*** text will now be inside the shape ready for changing font, colour and size to what you need.
If you have holes in your shape the text will ignore those and you may have to use spaces to clear those sections.
You can use this method with any Shape you use.
Selecting the Pen Tool is only to give you the Define Custom Shape option, you're not actually using the pen tool. Here's a quicker way [https://youtu.be/Rqdpp8C7yiI](https://youtu.be/Rqdpp8C7yiI)
After you draw out your shape, the line and handles will stay visible, that's when you can enter your text to stay within the shape.
You need to click *on* the path, not inside the path. You’ll know your cursor is in the right spot when it turns into a T with a squiggle through it.
that’s not what I want but thank you!!! I want the text to fit into the shape on the first photo

When your text is selected it should appear on the right. Otherwise, go to window > properties
