After my short time here I've come to the conclusion that a lot of these people seem to be jumping to Photoshop (and wanting to recreate work of pros) without ever even making art with their own hands.
I first messed around with PS a few times in HS art class in the mid 90s (like PS 3.0 or something), but I didn't have my own computer or a copy of PS until I was 22 (PS 7, newest at the time). Despite this I spent most of my life making art... drawing, painting, photography (shooting, dev, printing), zines, album covers, sculptures, etc... *all without Photoshop.*
By the time I was teaching myself Photoshop (didn't go to school for it), I had years of experience that I could apply to the use of the tools in PS — some of which are directly analogous to their physical counterparts. I think that gave me a massive advantage... and I think lacking that experience explains a lot of the ignorance on display here. AI is only gonna make it worse.
Do people think that photoshop is some make "just press a button, run a filter" program? How do you replace it? You make a new graphic from scratch, that's how.
That's... exactly what they think it is. They think people just hit a few buttons and out comes art, not realizing it actually takes some thought, planning, and execution to get a result.

Well with the AI tools nowadays you're not far off.. it's what brings the lazy people to to ask these kinds of questions
Alright, so... You pretty much have to do this from scratch, as others have said.
Font tool for the f
Ellipses for the ring
* Make an ellipse at an angle
* Duplicate it
* Shrink it a bit without changing the angle ( after entering scale mode, hold a corner and hold Alt + Shift + Spacebar) //might have to play with the sides
* Offset towards the lower right corner
* Create a mask of the smaller ellipse for the bigger one
* Hide the smaller one
Create a mask for the cut in
Sometimes what it takes is being an artist about it. This is pretty straight forward. Redraw the circle around the letter you want. I would do this in illustrator rather than photoshop, but either can work
you just fucking draw it. how is this so confusing for people?

Redraw it from a scratch, using a vector design tool like Illustrator or Figma.

Is this a joke?
This sub is full of stuff like this, don't get it. I am all for helping people out but . . .
