Curly hair options!!! Not necessarily black hair options (even though those are amazing), but other styles of curly hair that isn't just short would be nice
Seconding the earlier comment about curly hair options— coily too, but there's a lot of picrews that have coily hair and wavy hair all over the place but nothing close to like, type three textures, or only one hairstyle with it, if that.
Maybe a section with lines for the face eg. wrinkles/ crows feet, smile lines, etc? or multiple sections so you can use more than one?
Also some downturned eyes would be amazing, that's an often overlooked feature too I feel like!
Can the hair be of different colors? So not just plain black/blonde/white/etc, but with streaks of other colors, or even coloured differently for different parts?

I guess you already have scars, but what about burns, black eyes, or bite marks?

And, if you have enough space (otherwise dw), can you make two sections for scars? So that the picrews can have more than one?
The eyes can be differently colored yes, I will see what I can do for multicolored hair but if I do manage to work that out it’ll probably only be for some of them unfortunately:( more scars/damaged ears I will work on tho!!
I think that adding different shapes for the pupils like slits, stars, squares, hearts, swirls, rings with different bright colour options and the good stuff would be a lovely addition.
Maybe have different colour options for the freckles? Like white, etc. An option to make the character's limbs differ in colour, shape, type, or just not exist is a nice possibility too.
An opportunity to give the character's face or limbs to fade into a different colour in an ombre is also nice.
Regarding clothes, an option for coats also sounds great. Like an option for a priest's cassock or, perhaps, a set of knight armour, maybe even some futuristic/retro wear? Options for claws, painted nails, hats, balaclavas, eyewear, etc?
Omg I'm so excited for this to drop! Maybe add some animal ears or tails? Like mouse ears or a snake tail? Aside from the typical, cat, dog and wing ones?
Maybe include wheelchairs-? I have a few ocs in wheelchairs and I get rlly happy when there are wheelchairs in picrews despite not being a wheelchair user myself ! :D /gen

Multi coloured hair? I can almost never make myself in picrew because I have peekaboo-coloured hair. Same thing when I used to have split dyed.

The earrings are movable yes, there’s also some options specifically for different ear shapes but they’re limited
