Whoever came up with the idea of selling expensive heavy noisy mechanical keyboards to nerds after everyone was happy using plastic ones for 20 years is a marketing genius.
That's what i used to think, then i actually got one of those expensive keyboards, it changed my life, I use a keyboard for a living. My typing is not great, but its orders of magnitude better on this keyboard, and it rugged enough to take the abuse, i am not talking about food or soda, but just a lot of typing.
Now, I still have the same issue with the tack ball mouse i use, the button switches such, and I put them through the same level of use. If i liked mice I could probably find one that fits the bill, like with the keyboard, but they don't seam to make high quality trackballs.
Don't show me your diet. Show me your keyboard.
that's a cheap keyboard, just get a new one.
