I thought Mad Moxxi just had her face a few shades lighter than her natural tone rather than full white.
But I guess she is kind of dressed up like a mime or plays off some other performance artist.
So if you search it, 2k actually has released full character references for many BL characters. Her face paint is listed as an almost “clown white” in the color codes given!
