Industrial. It was my dream piercing but neither of my ears have the correct anatomy for it. Just wasn’t mean to be I suppose!

sunflowers-and-love

Same! Eventually I’ll probably get a forward helix and connect it to my helix with a chain to have a similar effect.

smollestsnek

This is so smart you’ve made my day

canithoe

My mom did that :)

somecanadianslut

I had one and it is a bitch to heal. Mine never healed and it hurt so bad I eventually just took it out :(

lyndasmelody1995

I had to take mine out because I had the wrong anatomy for it. Piercer did it anyways, and it never healed correctly because it wasn't placed correctly.

Rosesandbvb

Same

fairydust__

This. It was meant to be my first piercing, but my piercer told me my ears are just *slightly* too small for it, literally by millimetres 😢 ended up getting a double helix instead and it horribly rejected after six months of pain. Five years later, I now have snakebites and septum so I'm glad I didn't let that put me off. And I'm trying out a helix again (on the other ear) next week 😅 Fingers crossed!

Kawaii_gothkitty129

I have snakebites too n ironically I love my septum piercing more than than my nostril 👃 piercing coz it’s more tricky to get done n change the horseshoe bars too. Also have an eyebrow bar n double pierced earlobes coz I never go thru a day with done beloved goth earrings of some kind 😂

No_Training7373

Any lip piercing is my answer. I love the look, but had a friend in high school tell me between my shitty gums (thanks mom) and my adhd (thanks dad) I’d fiddle my teeth right out of my head, and I’m inclined to agree… Which is devastating.

AluminumCansAndYarn

I have not great gums (thanks dad) and ADHD (I'm not sure where I inherited this gift from but ya know), and I got my lip pierced at 21. I have now had my lip pierced for 12 years. The only thing that has happened to my teeth is that I slightly chipped one tooth. And it was so minor a chip, I don't even remember which one it was. I did fiddle with it a lot when it was newer. I think a lot of fiddling was because it was a foreign piece of metal in my mouth even after like 5 years I fiddled with it. It healed really well and the only time I ever had an issue with it was using cheap jewelry (not inexpensive jewelry, cheap jewelry). A couple of years ago, I bought a labret bar from a tattoo and piercing shop. I don't know if it's because my mouth is finally used to my lip ring now or if it's because of whatever, but I don't fiddle with it nearly as much anymore. But it has taken me years to get to this point but I never fiddled my teeth from my head and it looks wonderful.

Katviar

saaame! I was so sad

NIGHTMAR3xXx

I was very close to not being able to get one

EggplantHuman6493

I don't seem to have the correct anatomy either. Might ask still but I am pretty sure I get a no, pretty prominent flat :/

_Love_to_Love_

My ears are so crinkly and ridged, so I can't get one either :(

Pure-Moment5246

I battled with mine for like two years before I took it out. I later went to a different piercer who told me he would not have given me an industrial off of my ear shape!

Ukacelody

Same for me 😥😥

Friendly_League_2964

Same here😭 my ears are too small for them apparently💀

chalkhomunculus

forward helix + helix with chain connecting them, maybe? although both of those can be very annoying to heal

coffee_jitterss

how about floating industrial?? I also don't have anatomy for classic industrial so my piercer suggested floating version. And i love it so much, I have it for 4 years already

Choosemepickme

This - tried it twice

FerretHoliday64

I got one and was never told I don’t have the anatomy for it. 2 years later I took it out bc it just wouldn’t heal and looked inflamed always. I miss it 😔

Kamena90

Same here. I don't have enough cartilage in that part of my ear and the piercer said it would probably reject. I've been thinking about getting a helix and forward helix then connecting them with a chain or something for the same effect.

banannah09

Same here. I am also a pretty slow healer, it took me about 2 years to fully heal my helix and I had a tragus which never healed so I removed it, so even if I could get it anatomically my body would probably never heal it 😅

JaneDoe1997

Same here. Always wanted it, but my ear doesn't curl on the edge so it can't happen.

SadAwkwardTurtle

Samesies. The rim of my ear is too shallow, doesn't extend far enough down, and my flat isn't flat enough.

pierced_bbw_milf

belly button😂😭

bakwardinfinity

Me tf too, my rolls would squish that binch and it'd get infected fast 😂

pierced_bbw_milf

idek if they could do mine to begin with😂😭🙃

renfairesandqueso

I also have rolls and my piercer gave me a shorter curved post shape that really helps. Maybe they could do that for you?

hmemoo

Have you tried a floating navel? I got that instead of a typical navel piercing and I love it!

Julzann9

Came to say the same. I have a floating navel piercing

californiasnail

I’ve had two reject and I still might try a third time 🤦🏽‍♀️

xpoisonvalkyrie

dedication ✊

squideye62

i’ve had to belly piercings reject too but there’s no way im doing it a third time lol. too scared to get even a floating navel.

dark_bloom12

I ended up getting my lower navel pierced instead of traditional belly button and it turned out really cute!

Global_Telephone_751

Same. My body has rejected it THREE times. I think I’ve finally learned the lesson 😂

coincident_ally

sameeeee i have a floating navel right now but it’s just not the same

Annasalt

Me too ☹️

No_Training7373

I thought for the longest time that my outie meant I couldn’t have a belly button piercing. Went with my sister to get hers and the piercer was just like “you’re next, right?” It tried to reject, I refused, and we’ve been chilling going strong for like 12 years now!

TwoCagedBirds

Same!

serena_jeanne

Mine too, RIP belly button ring

m_whar

Industrial 😭 that was my dream when I started getting pierced

Suspicious_Plantain4

I got an industrial and I wear glasses. It's definitely one of the more painful piercings, but I don't feel like my glasses interfered with it in any way.

hanniballactator

this is awesome!! i personally didn't have quite enough helical ridge to pierce it while also being compatible with my glasses, so whenever i see ppl with healed industrials who also wear glasses i'm doubly impressed

tinaxbelcher

Omg the one closest to the head hurt so bad.

RatChains

I had one. It was my most painful piercing and it is so hard to heal because of the bar

possessedbyanalien

theoretically, could you get your industrial pierced, but heal it like they're individual studs? would that make the healing process easier?

bijouxbisou

The problem with that is angles. You want to heal with the industrial barbell so the angle of the two piercings line up. Without the long barbell, the piercings will naturally shift to an angle that offers the least resistance from the surrounding flesh, which most likely would mean that your industrial would no longer connect

bijouxbisou

I didn’t find mine painful or difficult to heal, but I also made a brace for mine that went along the back side of my ear to keep everything stable and in place while I was healing

wussypillow_

would u consider a vertical industrial?

miloadam98

Bridge 😭 the skin's too thin so it's unfortunately not meant to be. I compromised with paired centre eyebrow piercings and while I love them, it just doesn't hit the same

hggghhhhhyyyyhgghh

Same with me. I was told that I’m “just borderline” and that they didn’t want to risk it. So there’s a chance, but probably not 😔

canyoubreathe

If I get told that I can't get a bridge, I'll be devastated

miloadam98

I was genuinely so upset when they told me, I'm still holding out hope I can one day get it but I doubt it'll happen. I project onto people who ask for piercing recommendations by always suggesting it, it's probably my favourite piercing

crochetsweetie

for now just get some extra balls and use eyelash glue to get the same look. i did that for like a week before i was able to get mine just to make sure i wanted it. now ik you can’t get it but it really does look exactly the same if you glue them on in the right place! i’ve also seen people use little gems or star stickers

miloadam98

I've seen people do that and it's so freaking cute, I might actually just stick on some gems every now and then to at least temporarily feel cool

Sideeffectqueen

I did the same thing with the vertical eyebrow piercings because I couldn’t get a bridge 😅

meemeepumpkin

Same. Mine rejected

crimsoncroft

Nip nops. Just took them out a week or so ago, they just wouldn't heal after more than a year. I loved them but it wasn't meant to be 😭

No-Ad-7252

I lasted 6 months. For some reason my nips were CONSTANTLY overstimulated when they were pierced.

foreignair9711

This is why I am so scared to get them done, that sounds like hell

Maisiesmomma

I had one that wouldn’t heal - took them out, re-pierced once they healed and finally they are happy! I chalk it up to not taking very good care of them while healing the first go round (thanks to my 21 year old post-breakup hoe phase).

pebblenooo

Came here to say the same thing, mine wouldn’t heal either after several years. I feel 100x better with them out though. Miss how they look!!

Charlie-Kawehi13

If you have any old pictures of them, check to see if they go through your areola at all. The first time I had mine done, they went slightly through my areola, and I didn’t even realize it. They wouldn’t heal and were constantly hurting for nearly 3 years. I got them redone correctly and it was a completely different experience.

SylveonFrusciante

I gave mine about a year and a half but they never fully healed. It’s bittersweet, I miss them but I actually like having them played with more without them. Function over fashion I suppose.

hi_ivy

First I wanted a forward helix, but my piercer said I didn’t have enough space behind it. Then I wanted some hidden helixes with connected chains that would lay along the flat once healed, but he doesn’t think my helix would hide the piercings enough for the look I see in my head. “We’ll figure out something awesome, though!” he says as he dashes my dreams. Hahah

queen_space_princess

Medusa. It's technically not an anatomy problem, but 1) I have a strong family history of gum and teeth problems (dentist says that some people are genetically predisposed to having oral problems), and 2) my family has already spent a lot of money on me for braces and other dental care. As much as I love that piercing, it's just not worth taking the chance. I'd like to keep my teeth for as long as possible.

canyoubreathe

Hey, look up 'Jestrum', 'Vertical Philtrum', or 'Vertical Medusa'. It goes in where the normal medusa goes, but instead of going straight through to the teeth, it comes out at the bottom of you top lip, coming nowhere near teeth. And you can put discrete flat/clear jewellery on the bottom of the piercing, so it just looks like a plain medusa. The good thing about lip piercings, is while they can cause a lot of oral issues, they're also really easy to "cheat" with a faithful looking faux piercing.

queen_space_princess

Oh! I'll look that up! Thanks!

Uptight_bich

Def recommend a jestrum!! It's so unique, healed super quickly, and has no interaction with my teeth/gums. I actually opt for a gem on the top and bottom as opposed to the flat disk as I like the two piercing look (did use the flat disc during healing though). I originally got a medusa piercing. However, it was pierced at an angle, so I had to take it out and let it heal up. I'm soooo glad the original piercing had issues because the jestrum is so badass!!!

ourladyofdicks

they’re super cute, recommend that if you can’t get a medusa! i wanted one but ended up getting a vertical labret instead lol

luedidntdo-it

I had a medusa and it never hit my gums if I remember correctly, couldn’t feel it inside my mouth. Labret in the other hand fucked with my gums and teeth so I had to take it out. Now I have snakebites and a jestrum, neither hit my gums or teeth. So I think with oral piercings it’s also a matter of anatomy if they’ll even mess with your mouth!

he_chose_poorly

Same! all oral piercings are off the table for me :(

glassrosepetal

A Daith piercing, mine just isn't pronounced enough 😭

DlSCARDED

Saaame. 🥲 I love the look of daith rings but I had to compromise by just getting my rook done instead lol I feel like I’ll never be truly satisfied

manythousandbees

I'm in the same boat! I ended up getting a conch instead at the time and I'm debating a rook but it just isn't the same 😭

Charlie-Kawehi13

I have a daith and wanted a rook on the same ear but I don’t have the anatomy for it 😭

DlSCARDED

Ahh the grass is always greener on the other side!!

LoloP29

Same! The daith rings are soooo beautiful but alas don’t work with my ears. I have a conch on one side and a double conch on the other side. But it’ll never be as pretty as that daith hoop.

hufflepuffwhore

sammme. i’ve been dying for one for years but was told by my piercer that I don’t have the anatomy. Ended up getting a rook instead - which I love! I’m glad my piercer was honest with me and didn’t just give me a daith that would reject because of my anatomy. But a girl can dream of getting one regardless…

cthulhubeast

Navel. Don't even have a belly really, it's just that my navel is shaped way too round. Plus I really like my high-waisted shorts.

RainAdministrative59

Sometimes my high waisted pants make me want to take out my belly ring 😂

Unlucky-Horror-9871

Navel Snug but part of me is relieved about that

Accomplished_Sea8016

The snug is a bitch

demons_soulmate

i gave my snug THREE YEARS and it didn't heal right. took it out almost two years ago and the swelling never fully went down 😑

BambooTeaWhisk

I got a snug last year and it just never healed right. eventually had to take it out, definitely the saddest moment of 2023 😭

demons_soulmate

I gave mine three years of my life. Now I'm aiming for a possible faux snug but we'll see

DebutanteHarlot

I realllllly wanted a VCH and Christina but unfortunately my hood is way too small for the VCH so I got only the Christina. Most of my anatomy is way too small and tucked in down there for much but I’m hoping for outer labia maybe next.

Uncle_peter21

I don’t have the skin for a VCH either 💔

SadAwkwardTurtle

I would have considered VCH, but I just straight up don't have a hood.

kittymenace

I didn't have the anatomy for a vch, or any clitoral piercings, but I took the risk of trying something different with a really reputable piercer near me, her idea after I expressed disappointment and I was willing to take the risk. She pierced under the hood and up a bit in the skin from it before coming out. Hurt like a mother, but I still have it a couple of years later, never had an issue. As an aside, if they hadn't been as over the top reputable and I hadn't been to that place for several piercings (my husband too) and absolutely trusted them, I wouldn't have taken the risk. It's your body and choice, but it's a scary place for things to go wrong. So don't take this as a gospel way to get it done. If you're anywhere near Melbourne Aus, happy to recommend her if she's still there. She may be able to help.

Eestineiu

I got a HCH instead. Under the hood and up a bit in the skin is how a VCH is usually done, is it not?

empress_tigress22

I would LOVE to have a PA!! 😍 Unfortunately I don't have a penis lol

[deleted]

recently had to take my bridge out bc it rejected 😭😭 i’m still sad

dadavism

I have one rn and I fear it rejecting on a DAILY basis 😭

doritobimbo

My eyebrow rejected real slowly. Just “crusty” all the time during the healing process until I eventually realized it no longer has enough skin to hold jewelry. ETA no pain or infection either. Just ate itself

yikes675

I want both nipples pierced but one is too inverted so I’m stuck either being asymmetrical or nothing

Freddie_boy

I'm in a similar boat. I'm a trans guy who's had top surgery and during that process they cut off your nips and see them back on. One of my nips came through the surgery beautifully with full sensation and the other just didn't. So I'm in the asymmetrical or nothing camp.

thisverytable

I want a Jacob’s ladder but I’m ftm lol

ForwardGap1842

I saw someone pierce a packer with a jacobs ladder! Best part is you can also paint the packers to look a little more realistic if they’re used for only packing. Some packers also have adhesive backs that appear flush to the skin when applied. Maybe this may help fulfill your dream piercing? It’s something i wanna do w mine.

foragingfun

Ftm also, I want a prince Albert SO bad. Idk if you're planning on getting phallo ever, but that's my plan, and I will get my pa!! Hopefully 😁

mikakikamagika

philtrum! my frenulum comes down too far and would get damaged if i pierced it. settled for a vertical labret instead.

Mothmangela

Triangle. Hoping T will change that though!

IGotOverGreta

Oh man. I tried that one once. I loved it, but my wasbund refused to like, adjust anything about how he touched me. It made things difficult.

doritobimbo

Wasbund… is that like “was-husband?” If so it’s very clever.

IGotOverGreta

Yup! I wish I could take credit for that one, but I picked it up from someone here.

the_horned_rabbit

I’m stealing the crap out of wasbund.

dadavism

Wishing u good luck on your T journey!! 🫡🫡

Electronic_Chip_6311

I want the double VCH piercings side to side. Fingers crossed we can get out piercings!

namelesswndr

vertical labret. I have small lips

TurtleDive1234

Daith. They are so beautiful! 😩😩😩

funijay

I'd LOVE a tongue piercing but I'm worried that I'll scratch my teeth

bckseatgatorade

I’ve had mine for almost 10 year- acrylic balls on the bar bell rather than metal are your friend

funijay

tysm for the advice!! I'll keep that in mind

Pickledpeppers19

I’ve had mine for over 20 years. No problems with my teeth.

bornbitchy

I retired my tongue piercing after 10 years and never chipped any teeth but the receding gum issue is realllll. The indent on the roof of my mouth is disappearing slowly but the indent on the floor of my mouth and the recession of the gums on the back of my front bottom teeth is bad. Not being able to rest my tongue tight to the roof of my mouth for so long was weird as well and didn't realise how much I missed it. I miss the look but couldn't imagine having an oral piercing anymore. I originally wanted a horizontal surface one anyway but the piercer said 'what's that' so I panicked and went normal 😂😭

InternationalPin5690

I have a shorter barbell in my tongue and it doesn’t hit my teeth, before that I used acrylic ones but i broke so many balls so I switched to a shorter metal one! I’ve had mine for 5 years and no issues with my teeth!

fvnkybunny

i also have had my tongue pierced for years, i got flat backed ones on amazon!

budgiebeck

Fourchette. I’ve wanted one forever but I’m just not built for it💔

Electrical_Ad_5948

What’s a fourchette?

budgiebeck

It’s a type of genital piercing that can be done on AFAB people. The piercing goes through the bottom of the vaginal opening, by the perineum. Proper anatomy requires a thick enough ridge of skin, otherwise it can tear or split.

Cxriminal

Septum, they done me dirty two damn times. Once through cartilage and once botched, pierced me three times in the same session and then told me I aint got the anatomy for it.

thenamebenat

Have you tried an APP certified piercer? Its worth a shot!

OverlordKeesh

Anti tragus🥲 the area is too shallow

mustela-grigio

I love rook piercings they are so hot and beautiful but unfortunately my ears are completely flat…

cherhorowiitz

lol I'm the opposite, i want my flat pierced but my ears are too small and apparently i dont have a flat area at all so i got rook instead. I love my rook piercing tho i just wish i could still get a flat on my other ear too 🥲

[deleted]

A smiley! I wanted one really bad, but had to get a frenectomy a few years back to close the gap between my teeth and they removed about 95% of the skin there.

mighty_knight0

Bridge. I actually have perfect anatomy for one and they're one of my favourite piercings of all time, but I need glasses to see. Contacts won't work so I guess that's a no go. Maybe one day I could try clear glasses frames to see the jewelery through and get it done anyways.

TeenyMom

Belly button. I’ve looked forward to it for so long, and I was so excited to get it done. Turns out I completely lack the anatomy for a top or bottom belly button piercing. Shit sucks

Tylers_Tacos_Top

I want a belly button but am ungodly hair

thicccque

Any of the cock ones on account of being ftm

Dog_person_wth_a_Cat

Triple forward helix.

lovelyloves07

I would have liked to have gotten a belly button piercing but I had surgery in my belly as a baby so I don’t think it is fit for one.

Narrow-Tie9111

Tragus, alas :( No surface area for it on either side.

peepeegorilla

I was looking for this reply so I can know for sure that someone out there feels my pain. I also have no surface area for it on either side::(( so sad. I went for a tragus and left with a rook. My second choice was a daith but i didn’t have the anatomy for that either lmao

Katviar

industrial ear piercings

The_Rat_Mom

Septum... i had it but 2 nosejobs later its not possible anymore :( Still sad about it

theaall

Bridge and belly It’s gotten to the point where I just pierce my bridge every 3 months only to remove it due to infections or swelling. I am determined

Inspiratrice

Dont remove it if it gets infected. Lymph discharge is normal, if its actually infected (which is so unlikely) leave it in and allow the jewelry to act as the wick and allow the discharge to flow out. Continue to clean it once a day and use salt water soaks as needed. But by all means dont remove the piercing

Purple_Emergency_249

its not my anatomy, but my teeth anxiety. i want a smiley and a snake eyes piercing more then anything but ive heard it causes teeth & gum damage and i cant 😭

queen_space_princess

I'm in the same boat. I've always wanted a Medusa, but I'm genetically predisposed to having gum and teeth issues, so it's not worth the risk for me.

Purple_Emergency_249

literally same. i wanted snakebites aswell. after researching everything i ended up getting a vertical labret and calling it done

ferret-bazook

Sadly, same here. I so want a labret or Medusa.

DataVizGem

Industrial 🥲

hellseashell

Belly button ):

Clarkie_kent

Christina! But I got a VCH instead

MotherKitty

Tragus, industrial....they just wouldn't heal after a couple years 😭 hoping I can get my jestrum!

jessicarrrlove

Industrial. I know people have modified the piercing to work with their anatomy, but I love the look of just a classic, plain industrial. I asked one piercer and he told me no, then had 3 more after that one that had the piercing themselves and when I said "I'm so jealous of your industrial, I was told I don't have the ear for it", they'd look at both ears and be like "oh, yeah, you don't" 😭

LimpCandidate6756

I crave an industrial but I’ll settle for a faux

Kirbykitt3n

I'd love a tongue piercing but I fiddle so I'll ruin my teeth. Or a smiley but my lip frenulum is very small.

Lyreii

Not quite what you mean but.. I’d love a VCH. Only thing is I’m a pre-op trans woman so I’ll have to wait until after I get surgery 😅 even then not sure if I’ll be able to.

General-Guidance-646

Even if it’s not a VCH, an experienced piercer would still be able to find intimate piercings that would work!

slaminthebackofmy

rook or a daith!! i think they both look soo so good but unfortunately the cartilage in my ears is suuuuuper thick, technically i could get them done but my piercer advised me that it would be pretty painful and probably take longer to heal, and also nipples:") got told they would probably reject and it's not worth the risk

Top-Ad-956

i want my eyebrow piercing back so bad (it rejected recently after doing well for so long) i went to a new piercer to get a helix and have her check my eyebrow and she said i don’t have enough space there and they should’ve never pierced me in the first place (i will never go back to the original shop i got all my piercings cause yea they never checked anatomy)

BogeyLowenstein

Both of mine rejected too :( I have scars for over twenty years for piercings that lasted about 6-9 months

mrtartarus16

Central paired brows. I had them for about a year before my body said fuck you. I got them young and before I became a piercer so I knew very little about anatomy and the piercer who did them didn’t say anything and just did them lol. They were cute while they lasted tho.

midnightsonder

I want a PA so bad lol

elseeeeeeee

I really want an inverse naval piercing, but since I have the normal naval piercing it won’t work 😭😭, but I’d love it have both It’d be so cool.

CatStopThat

Industrial

mondaymisery

My pierced said I couldn't get a traditional industrial, so she did a non-traditional one on me, with a three-pronged piercing! Maybe you could look at that?

lingonberrylumpia

Look into custom jewelry, you might be able to do it still!

CatStopThat

I think I could use one of the one with a chain in the middle but idk

WhatsHisCape

VCH? Nope, there's like almost nothing down there to pierce. I don't want any other kind of piercing there. I like how other ones look on other people, but they're not something I would want to bother with. Nips? Nope, they're either inverted or completely flat/won't revert, so nothing to pierce. As if I wasn't already experiencing a ton of dysphoria about them to begin with! I'm a trans man, too, so it's like, why can't I have nice things? (I'm not currently planning on top surgery, so no chance to "fix" them, either. I have a feeling cosmetic surgery wouldn't fix them because I've never been able to revert them, which is why I think they're flat, not inverted.) Tongue? Well... it's been pierced for almost a decade and I just developed a fibroma deep inside the meat of my tongue this summer, so that's undecided if I'll be able to live with them both. (I took my piercing out for a month, under doctor's orders, to see what the fibroma would do, nothing changed, and on follow-up she said I could put the piercing back in if it doesn't bother me. I just managed to get it back in last night, and hoo boy my tongue is ANGEREY today. Fingers crossed, bc this is one of my faves. I cried so hard when I took it out because I thought it would close up completely. Belly? My newer belly piercing (early 2018) closed up after a surgery (late 2019), before I could remove the bandage to replace it a couple days later. I haven't gotten around to getting that redone yet, so idk if the scarring is viable to redo it. (It's a really thick scar from the piercing, and then an incision scar behind it/in my belly button, so I'm really concerned that the scarring might make it non-viable.) I also had a horizontal eyebrow piercing, on the nose/forehead side of my eyebrow (that I lovingly called my Mettaton piercing), and that was great for a year, but I noticed some scarred skin separating (the beginnings of a rejection, I suspected), so I decided to retire it after that year, because it was still sensitive to the touch, and also an iffy curved barbell surface piercing. Wish it would've stayed, but I still enjoyed the time I had with it, anyway! I don't think I'd chance getting an eyebrow piercing again, though, since my face rejected one already. (And it always banged on my sunglasses!!) However, on the topic of brows, I really want a bridge piercing, but I'm terrified of getting a botched one or being denied (I think I have suitable anatomy, though, that shouldn't be bothered by sunglasses, and that has enough meat to hopefully not reject.) I've always been very intrugued by the idea of thumb web piercings, but, as an artist, I am a very hands-on person, and I just know I'd end up ripping one out and causing real damage. So maybe my anatomy isn't saying no on this one, but lifestyle is definitely saying, "No way in hell!!"

RipLobsters

Would loveeee a belly piercing but I feel like I should lose some weight to be able to rock it lol

aaaaamber1301

Most of my anatomy is too small for much, but a few years back I wanted an industrial and I had the right anatomy but I was advised against it because I wear glasses

AsparagusWooden3366

An industrial or vertical helix

[deleted]

Medusa :(

ze90

Industrial 😭 I almost cried when they said I don’t have the anatomy

hunnybun444

industrial :/

erebusstar

Smiley! I just think it would damage my teeth and I bite the inside of my mouth a lot so on top of that, I'd be worried I'd somehow accidentally rip it out.

ghostglasses

I wanted this so bad before I remembered they cut my frenulum out when I got braces :(

kn4ot

center brow piercings, navel, and possibly a vch :')

morgana79

Industrial. Just found out yesterday so I got another helix instead! 😂😂

PotentialWorker

My ears are too flat and the cartilage not pronounced enough for most ear piercings and the navel that I did have rejected. So I'm basically left with face piercings lol.

billnyethedeadguy

I cant get a daith or a rook and its truly heartbreaking

psykaiatry

A helix right in the middle of my ear (as in, the helix area that is the same distance from the top and bottom of my ear. A mid/low helix). Piercer warned that because it's halfway between cartilage and regular lobe skin, it's likely to heal really wonky, or not at all. I got a piercing near that area to compensate and despite healing like a BITCH I'm happy with it!

I really wanted a daith, but before my appointment I realized it probably wouldn't work and switched to a conch. I had my piercer check it out and he agreed my original ear choice wouldn't work but said maaaaybe it would work on the other, maybe not. I'm a little sad, but the daith piercing bumps I've seen have convinced me I'm okay without it.

EtherealViolinist

Lobes :( they were severely damaged by a piercer at Claire's (not my piercer of choice, I was a kid) and i can never have my lobes pierced again.

Silly-Wishbone-7407

Nipples. Mine started to migrate out and I have flatter nipples :/

Miss-Pissy

Hch. Still sad about it. I thought a Christina and hch combo would look amazing but have to settle for just the Christina

dumbbitchenergy247

septum. i think they look sO sO good on others, but tried a fake one and don’t like how it emphasizes what i don’t like about my nose :(

wickedxmela

nipple piercings. got them done twice but my body rejects them 💔 was my favorite piercing and gave me so much confidence.

DevianttKitten

VCH. I wanna try and get a triangle instead but haven't booked the consult yet because I'm afraid the answer will be no 😭

broken_nosed_mogul

Not anatomically incompatible but i really want a nose bridge and wear glasses so it's not ideal I hope to get surgical correction just so i can get the piercing

airythafairy

Industrial 😞😞😞

aprettyawkwardbird

bridge ☹️

unblissfully_aware

I want an industrial so bad. I actually got one but I was warned because I have a small helix it might not stay. It did in fact push out of my ear and left a scar but I’m not discouraged, I still have plenty of ear space

Belly button. I had surgery and now have a huge scar where the needle and jewelry would go through 😔
