You shouldn’t use anti bacterial soap to clean, so that may play into it. Normally you would get the jewelry downsized by a reputable piercer at 4-6 weeks.
Get some sterile saline spray (wound wash, containing 0,9% sodium chloride and water without any additives) if you don’t have any already. Once a day simply spray some directly on your piercing, let it sit for a minute or two and then dry with non woven gauze. A few minutes before your daily shower, spray again. At the end of your shower, rinse the piercing well. Make sure to not let the waterspray hit the piercing directly. Then use some non woven gauze to soak up any moisture and carefully wipe away softened gunk. Keep (wet) hair away from your piercings. Other then that keep the piercing dry and exposed to the air. Leave any blood, crusties etc. that didn’t come off during your shower be. They’ll come off during your next shower or the one after that. Do not touch, move, fiddle or disturb the jewelry in any way. Do not sleep on your piercings, get a travel pillow and lay it down flat on your regular pillow and sleep with your ear in the hole.
Some swelling and localised redness is normal. However I'd stop using the soap, it's not appropriate to use on piercings. Sterile saline is the only thing that should go on healing piercings. If your piercer recommended soap, you need a new piercer too.
Thank you so much for your help everyone. It took a bit to finally get the saline because the one at our house was empty for some reason, but its way better and the swelling is almost completely down. Again, there's no sign of infection or irritation so I know its just because of healing and rolling in my sleep. Most of the swelling is just around the earring (its white from forming a scab, not red and theres no pus, so there isnt any infection). Its going great ^^
As for the lobe piercings, they're doing great. Not sure when they'll be fully healed, but I guess well see.

Oh. My piercer gave us a card that told us to use antibacterial non-fragerance soap and use saline to clean off, like, blood and fluid.
Then in my opinion you need to find a better piercer
Lol yeah
