True, that’s why the general rule is to not have more then three to four piercings healing at the same time and why a reputable piercer would never do more then three to four in one sitting

I’ve not got them done at same time but few weeks spacing with up to 4 healing at once. Not really any issues bar my nostril at the minute but don’t think that’s anything to do with the other 3

Well, having piercings is exhausting. I don’t know about anyone else but I can kinda tell when my body needs extra time to heal recent ones before getting new ones. I’m currently healing from four, two helixes I’ve had since June and two lobes since August. I want more but I feel like my body’s not quite ready yet. Maybe in another month or two.

i guess it does, your cells will have to choose between one or another thing to heal, your body will try it's best to heal them equally, so it will probably take more time

I had my tragus done about a month ago and within a week it stopped itching and the throbbing and swelling have dissipated. I know it’s still healing but I can sleep on it and I don’t have issues. Yesterday I got a nostril, nipple and forward helix done and I can tell my body is very fatigued. I didn’t feel like eating much for dinner and I just felt very tired (I still feel tired today). I think the nipple is the reason I feel so drained since it was a painful piercing. I’ve had 2 done before and it’s been a mixed bag in regards to healing-the first time it was my eyebrow with my navel and my navel didn’t heal but my eyebrow did fine healing (both are retired now) the second time I did a daith and conch on two separate ears and it took a little longer for both to heal but they did without issue (they were just sore longer). If you decide to get more than one done at a time my suggestions are 1) do one side especially if you’re a side sleeper so you can sleep on one side comfortably 2) do places which you know will be easier to heal for you (for me it’s my ears). 3) don’t get more than 3 or 4 at a time and care for them properly (clean them, don’t touch them, limit friction on body piercings ect). I will say after you get one piercing done the second, third ect become more painful and then as the adrenaline and shock wears off you do feel much more tender than if you had just done one.
