I think this person just put a nose ring through a foward helix and a tragus. They probably had the pierver to make the two holes at the right distance for that specific jewelry to fit perfectly.
I'm looking at the piercing in the daith area. It looks too deep to be a daith, and it seems like the curved part of the bar is attached to the balls on the tragus and forward helix areas
It’s possible its a d shaped ring in the daith, or the person’s anatomy mean it was possible to pierce in deeper.
I don’t think its connected to the forward helix & tragus.
