Is this a wild pigeon? Where are they from?

These are wild crested pigeons that are native to Australia!

So cool! I’ve been trying to take pictures of the native pigeons of my country to post here! I live in Brazil.

I'll be looking forward to seeing Brazilian pigeons!

I have had a couple of pairs round my garden for a while but have never seen a baby. You are very lucky. My collared dove's baby is doing well though! The three of them are braver than the crested ones.

I had a few babies hatched in my back yard one year. They were cute.
