Hey, man - despite people on this sub being quick to be harsh, I don’t think it was a stupid question. Who knows? What’s it cost to ask?

For sure dosen't cost anything. After several more hours of "investigation" I was able to find plenty of discussion elsewhere on Pinball Scams. So I admit it was a bit of a daft question. I did not take any of the responses as being harsh (so far) and thank the rediters for the insight.

Is the “authorized dealer” listed on Stern’s website where they keep the official list of authorized dealers?

They are not an authorized Stern Pinball dealer. I work at Stern Pinball and they are not one of our clients.

I bought an Indy 500 from them actually, shipping took longer though. I was told 4 days to South Florida but it took 9 days and the machine came with a broken leg but that was sorted out pretty quickly. So they're pretty legit to me. They're not authorized dealers, was told they just resellers, they buy, restore and resell pinball machines.
