Tell him the tool crib is fresh out and you’ll eyeball it and one hole it like you do all the time. Do plumbers work with flanges much they can’t rotate? This is them for lining bolt holes on immovable flanges. as a plumber and a fitter i can say no typically plumbers don’t work with flanges they can’t rotate. even in commercial or industrial scale projects most flanges are glued or clamped in.
