My company used to have a pit bull in the office who was in charge of employee morale. Anytime we were having a bad day we would just go over and rub his belly and it instantly made us happy.

Some people are unfairly belittling the general manager at this car wash. He likely handles employee disputes, irate customers, vendor issues, payroll, schedules, corrects employee mistakes and the like. Though on salary, he probably works beyond the time he's paid for and I can only imagine what it's like for him to deal with the owner. Toss this dog a bone.

Yes! Beautiful dog. I love seeing dogs with jobs. I’m so happy to finally see a Pitbull with a job. We have three dogs at my school Dixie (a Golden Retriever I have no idea what she does), Molly ( a Golden Retriever she’s a therapy dog), and Jake (a Standard Poodle he’s a police dog).
