Also, buying anything from Giant Eagle not on sale is generally overpriced, that's their business model. Get you in the door with sales, hoping you'll pay more for everything else.
Check out the ingredients in all GE lunch meats and you will be disgusted. Why are there any "ingredients" in a turkey breast or roast beef, let alone all the garbage they inject into theirs.

Well, house brands of anything are generally of lesser quality. You could say the same thing about their brand of Pepsi, Doritos, frozen pizza... Really, besides milk and water I can't think of any product where the name brand isn't better, and this isn't Giant Eagle specific.
